 Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking an appointment with Laura buckley nutrition

Cancellation Policy for Laura Buckley Nutrition

1. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by emailing hello@laurabuckleynutrition.com

2. Late Cancellations

  • Definition: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Penalty: A fee of 50% of the consultation cost will be charged for late cancellations.

3. No-Shows

  • Definition: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any notice.

  • Penalty: The full consultation fee will be charged for no-shows.

​​

4. Late Arrivals

  • Definition: Arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment.

  • Procedure: The appointment may be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time. Full consultation fees apply regardless of the reduced session length.

5. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are not provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Pre-Paid Packages: Refunds for pre-paid consultation packages are at the discretion of Laura Buckley Nutrition and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Exceptions

  • Consideration: Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Laura Buckley Nutrition. Documentation may be required.

7. How to Appeal

  • Procedure: Clients wishing to appeal a cancellation fee can do so by contacting us at hello@laurabuckleynutrition.com within 7 days of the missed appointment.

 

8. Appointment Reminders

  • System: We offer appointment reminders via email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to manage their appointments.
